OneNews 联播+｜首提建设金融强国 中央这样部署 Nov 2, 2023 · 1 min read 10月30日至31日，中央金融工作会议在北京举行，习近平总书记出席会议并发表重要讲话。这是继2017年全国金融工作会议召开后，时隔6年再次召开全国性的金融工作会议，也是今年成立中央金融委员会和中央金融工作委员会以后，首次召开的金融工作会议。 本次中央金融工作会议首提建设金融强国，围绕这一目标，中央作出了哪些部署？党的十八大以来，两次金融工作会议的工作部署有哪些不同？央视网《联播+》与您一起学习。 在2017年召开的全国金融工作会议上，习近平总书记强调，做好新形势下金融工作，要坚持党中央对金融工作集中统一领导，确保金融改革发展正确方向，确保国家金融安全。 党的十八大以来，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，我国持续深化金融供给侧结构性改革，稳步扩大金融开放。 组建中央金融委员会、组建中央金融工作委员会、组建国家金融监督管理总局、深化地方金融监管体制改革、中国证监会调整为国务院直属机构……今年3月，中共中央、国务院印发《党和国家机构改革方案》，其中多项涉及金融监管领域。一系列改革举措，进一步加强党中央对金融工作的集中统一领导，推动完善现代金融监管，促进实现金融监管全覆盖。 "中国共产党是执政党，党的领导是做好党和国家各项工作的根本保证，是我国政治稳定、经济发展、民族团结、社会稳定的根本点，绝对不能有丝毫动摇。"只有始终坚持党的领导，才能确保中国式现代化体现社会主义的本质要求。在加快建设金融强国的新征程上，本次中央金融工作会议对加强党中央的集中统一领导提出明确要求： 金融活，经济活；金融稳，经济稳。在2017年召开的全国金融工作会议上，习近平总书记曾一语道破金融与实体经济的密切关系："金融是实体经济的血脉，为实体经济服务是金融的天职，是金融的宗旨，也是防范金融风险的根本举措。" 近年来，金融系统精准有力实施稳健的货币政策，加大对实体经济的支持力度。中国人民银行的数据显示，我国对实体经济发放的人民币贷款余额已从2014年的81.43万亿元攀升至2023年9月的230多万亿元，年均增速保持在10%以上，与名义GDP增速基本匹配。 结构上，资金流向国民经济重点领域和薄弱环节。以今年前三季度为例，
