This provides more options for improving search and a mechanism to perform the first step of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) without reaching outside the database. This post will focus on setting up a Vector/Semantic search using Oracle DB 23ai and APEX. I will illustrate the steps using blog posts from my APEX Developer Blogs site.
